We ship all orders via DHL GoGreen. There are no customs duties within the EU. For shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, import fees, customs duties, or value-added tax may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly to DHL upon delivery.

You can return any item within 30 days and get your money back. We charge €4.90 for returns, which we'll deduct from your refund. You'll receive your refund within 9 business days after we receive your return.

Why €4.90?

We're a young team, not a large corporation. Every return costs us money for shipping, inspection, and repackaging. A small contribution helps us keep our prices fair instead of raising them for everyone. Exchanges are always free.

3. Print out the label and drop off your package at DHL.

1–3 business days within Germany, 2–5 business days to Austria, and 5–7 business days to all other EU countries.
