Right of withdrawal

Something is not quite as you hoped? No problem. You have 30 days after delivery to send it back.
Your exchange can easily be made via our returns portal. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. We will then return the exchanged goods free of charge.
REVOCATION POLICY
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 30 days.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you - who is not the carrier - took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform usLifters Wear OHG, Homburger Straße 68, 61118 Bad Vilbel, Deutschland, E-Mail: shop@lifterswear.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail or letter sent by post). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
Important:
If you cancel and return your entire order and therefore fall below the free shipping limit, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs originally incurred. This applies in particular to orders for which the shipping costs were paid by us upon delivery.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any further costs.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Returns and returns processing
Returns must be made via our returns portal to ensure fast and smooth processing.
Unregistered returns or returns outside the returns portal cannot be processed or can only be processed with a delay.
You can create a return label in the returns portal. Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged and enclose the invoice or delivery bill.
You must return the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 30 days of your revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
The direct costs of the return shipment are borne by you as the buyer.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
