All measurements are body measurements, not the measurements of the shorts. Measure yourself with a tape measure directly against your body over your underwear—not over your clothes. If you fall between two sizes, choose the smaller one: our fabric stretches with you and fits best that way.

The cut length varies by model—it is listed in the respective product description.

How to measure correctly

Illustration showing the marked measurement points for the waist and hips

Waist

Measure at the narrowest part of your upper body, usually about two finger-widths above your belly button. The measuring tape should lie flat and you should still be able to slide a finger underneath it. Do not suck in your stomach.

Hip

Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, with your legs together. Keep the measuring tape horizontal all the way around—check in the mirror to make sure it doesn't slip down in the back.

Fit Tips

  • Can't decide between two sizes? Go with the smaller one. The fabric stretches with you, and the shorts will fit more snugly without slipping.
  • Want more freedom of movement? Maybe for yoga or recovery days—then go up a size.
  • Are your waist and hips different sizes? Go with your hip measurement. The high-waisted waistband will reliably even out your waistline.
  • Squats and lunges? The smaller size stays in place more reliably during your workout and doesn't ride up on your thigh.
  • Not sure? If in doubt, order two sizes—you have 30 days to exchange them for free.

All measurements are approximate and may vary by up to 2 cm. If you have any questions about the fit, please contact us—we'll help you find the right size.
