Order Processing

Unless otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed as quickly as possible.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped, provided that the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin as soon as your order has been shipped. They may be affected by delays on the part of the shipping carrier, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, the order weight, and the selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available for select orders, as shown at checkout.

Customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees for Canada

For orders shipped to Canada, GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes, and any brokerage or processing fees charged by the shipping carrier may apply. If taxes and import fees are calculated at checkout, they are not due upon delivery. If these fees are not charged at checkout, they may be due before or upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified.

Customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees for the United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and import fees. Where applicable, these charges will be calculated and collected at checkout. If taxes or duties are charged at checkout, they will be displayed before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified.

In some cases, additional import fees, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or shipping carrier processing fees may apply when your order arrives in the United Kingdom. These fees are determined by UK customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier and are the responsibility of the customer, unless we explicitly state during checkout that duties and taxes will be paid in advance.

Customs clearance can also affect delivery times. We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order.

Customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees for the European Union

For orders shipped to countries in the European Union, VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage or processing fees charged by the shipping provider may apply. Where applicable, any applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order. If these fees are not charged at checkout, they may be due before or upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

If the checkout page specifies that customs duties and taxes are paid in advance, your order will be shipped without these charges, and you should not be asked to pay any additional import fees upon delivery. If the checkout does not specify that duties and taxes are paid in advance, you may have to pay VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or shipping carrier processing fees before or upon delivery.

Import duties are determined by EU customs authorities and/or the shipping provider and may vary depending on the destination country, product classification, product value, country of origin, and shipping method. Customs clearance may also affect delivery times.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation with a tracking number and, if applicable, a link. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to be updated after you receive it.

We currently ship to Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Guatemala, Ireland, Italy, Canada, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, the United States, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, and Austria.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. All applicable fees, which are charged at checkout, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us and we'll help you resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Would you like to change or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order is shipped, but once it’s in transit, we can no longer make changes. Refunds for canceled or delayed orders will be processed promptly via the original payment method whenever possible.
