All measurements are body measurements, not the measurements of the leggings. Measure yourself with a tape measure directly against your body over your underwear—not over your clothes. If you fall between two sizes, choose the smaller one: our fabric stretches with you and fits best that way.

How to measure correctly

Waist

Measure at the narrowest part of your upper body, usually about two finger-widths above your belly button. The measuring tape should lie flat and you should still be able to slide a finger underneath it. Do not suck in your stomach.

Hip

Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, with your legs together. Keep the measuring tape horizontal all the way around—check in the mirror to make sure it doesn't slip down in the back.

Inseam Length

Measure the inside of your leg from the crotch to the ankle. The easiest way to do this is with a pair of well-fitting pants that you lay flat on the floor and measure from the crotch seam to the hem.
